The Constitution Party of Wisconsin is a State Affiliate of the National Constitution Party.  Declaration of Religious Freedom WHEREAS, Freedom of Religion is our most sacred right and the United States Constitution mandates that government is compelled to protect all of its citizens to worship as they see fit, that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof WHEREAS, we strongly support the right of government officials and employees…

The Pre-Born Can’t Wait!

"Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it." Proverbs 3:27 I started writing to the Governor of Wisconsin to stop the murder of innocent pre-born babies and uphold Wisconsin's 940.04 Statute annually since 1992.  The first response I ever received was a form letter from Governor Walker, saying that creating 250,000 new jobs was his priority. I was reminded of Newt Gingrich saying that his Contract with America must be implemented before he can think of combating abortion.  After 8 years, Scott Walker made it clear,…

Urge Your State Legislators to OPPOSE a Convention of the States!

The last “Convention of the States” was held in 1787. What started as an attempt to address inadequacies of our nation’s Articles of Confederation, swiftly grew to a wide ranging debate, which concluded with the drafting of our current U.S. Constitution, instead. A second “Convention of the States” today, would most assuredly result in the total rewrite of our U.S. Constitution. Urge your state legislators to OPPOSE a “Convention of the States”! NO-CON-CON!

Settled Science: The Socialist Outcome

"He that is first in his own cause seemeth just; but his neighbor cometh and searcheth him." Proverbs 18:17 Socialists say, "The science is settled" once a socialist outcome has been achieved. After that, one can no longer examine the facts. Those who dare to do so are called "science deniers" or "climate deniers" in a cheap juxtaposition with "holocaust deniers." Such academic put-downs are repeated by yellow journalists. The term Settled Science is a fallacy. In science anyone can ask any question, challenge anything, and he can try to prove his case. Other people can take it upon themselves…

FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORMING AMERICA WITH THE GREEN NEW DEAL

There has been much publicity about the Green New Deal which was released in the U.S. House of Representatives February 7, 2019, by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA).  This fourteen-page resolution "recognizes the duty of the Federal Government to create a Green New Deal" and pushes for transitioning the United States to use 100% green renewable energy by 2030. It cites human activity as a cause for climate change resulting in global warming, "wildfires, severe storms, droughts that threaten human life, healthy communities and critical infrastructure."  The Green New Deal would "counteract systemic injustices" such as…

PRESS RELEASE: WI Governor Tony Evers Supposedly Embraces Science

Fellow Wisconsinites, On Tuesday, February 12, 2019, it was announced that our Governor, Tony Evers, has enrolled the State of Wisconsin as a member of the U.S. Climate Alliance. This announcement comes at the peak of national controversy, as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her Socialist cohort of “New Democrats” rolled out, and then rolled back, the “Green New Deal” – legislation taken directly from the language of the U.N. Treaties, Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030. We plan to publish an essay on the connection between contemporary environmental legislation and these anti-private property U.N. initiatives in the coming weeks, but a relatively…
