Impeach President Joe Biden Resolution

Therefore, be it resolved that the Constitution Party’s National Executive Committee strongly condemns this unconstitutional action by President Joe Biden and calls upon the U. S. Congress to immediately begin impeachment proceedings to remove the president from office for his failure to uphold his oath of office.

Vote Early and Vote Often

By Riley J. Hood—Milwaukee County Constitution Party             Democrats are altering our elections, under color of law again. The AP reports. “Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and the Democratic Caucus gather to address reporters on HR 1, the For the People Act of 2021, at the Capitol in Washington, Wednesday, March 3, 2021.” AP said the Act is, “a powerful counterweight to voting rights restrictions advancing in Republican-controlled statehouses” That is socialist-speak for federal tyranny. It is called the For the People Act. It failed before, but now that the Democrats have the votes to do it, the Bill has passed the House and is on its slimy way to the US Senate. This Bill will secure Democrat power on a permanent basis. HR 1 requires states to automatically register eligible voters, as well as offer same-day registration. It would limit states’ ability to clean up their voter rolls by removing “registered voters” who have moved out of state, or who have passed away. Among dozens of other provisions, it would also require states to offer 15 days of early voting and allow no-excuse absentee balloting. The idea of absentee voting is that you have an excuse keeping you from the polls, like military deployment or hospitalization.  It would provide public financing for campaigns.  According to Congress.gov, “This bill establishes an alternative campaign funding system for certain federal offices. The system involves federal matching of small contributions for qualified candidates.” “Qualified” how? A socialist litmus test? My tax dollars are to be sent to my enemies. Thomas Jefferson said, “To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.” Ap’s Brian Slodysko said the bill is, “the largest overhaul of the U.S. election law in at least a generation.” According to the Democrats, elections went just fine in 2020, so why does anything need to be overhauled? Under the rubric of rejecting “partisan gerrymandering” the term was coined to describe the district of Democrat Elbridge Gerry, and Democrat practice, this bill will set up a progressive “non-partisan boards” of socialists who will not be accountable to “the People” in any way. According to Congress.gov “The bill provides for states to establish independent, nonpartisan redistricting commissions.” The progs at Common Cause must be salivating. This bill will crackdown on people organizing and supporting campaigns, and if history is our guide, the elite will still be able to donate their millions to the Dems. For example, “Republicans are not even being coy about it. They are saying the ‘quiet parts’ out loud,” said Tiffany Muller, the president of End Citizens United. Her organization has launched a $10 million effort supporting the bill. Citizens United is evil for raising money, but Tiffany’s socialist group isn’t? Slodysko lisps about, “voting rights restrictions advancing in Republican-controlled statehouses across the country in the wake of Donald Trump’s repeated false claims of a stolen 2020 election.” Again, why the overhaul if Trump’s claims are false, and everything went oke-doke? Fact is this Bill was drafted and introduced in 2019, it isn’t a reaction to anything. “Voting rights restrictions” means the ability for socialists to vote as many times as they like. Slodysko gives away his motivations, “It also offers a test of how hard President Joe Biden and his party are willing to fight for their priorities, as well as those of their voters.” It is okay for socialists to be partisan, but not the rest of us. Affirmative action malcontents refer to voter ID and one man, one vote as voter suppression, acting as if we are under the Democrat Party auspices of 150 years ago, saying the bill, “will put a stop at the voter suppression that we’re seeing debated right now,” said Rep. Nikema Williams. According to Slodysko, “In Iowa, the legislature voted to cut absentee and in-person early voting, while preventing local elections officials from setting up additional locations to make early voting easier. In Georgia, the House on Monday voted for legislation requiring identification to vote by mail that would also allow counties to cancel early in-person voting on Sundays, when many Black voters cast ballots after church.” If black people are not allowed to vote twice, how will 10% of the population rule 100% of the Country? The Milwaukee County Constitution Party affirms that everyones' lives matter, that “All men are created equal,” and that translates into one man, one vote, one election day conducted in an open transparent manner. Anything else is “Vote Early and Vote often” Democrat Party fraud.

No Vaccine will Cure the Pandemic of Big Brother Government

Friends, 2020 has been a year of turmoil, loneliness and depression, and employment uncertainty. Unelected bureaucrats, like Andrea Palm in Madison and Coronavirus czar Anthony Fauci, or elected hypocrites, like Governor Newsom and Rep. Nancy Pelosi, going out while telling us to self-quarantine. Our constitutional rights were being violated – and our nation bankrupted – by both Democrats and Republicans long before the lockdown “orders” and the trillion-dollar stimulus packages. From Americans’ properties being stolen by asset-forfeiture laws, to the Supreme Court illegally making laws, to a grocery list of unconstitutional agencies in Washington funded by both major parties, the…

The Republican Party, Conservatives, and The Bare Minimum

As chairman of a party on the right of the political spectrum, I get asked from time to time why it appears that I am more critical of the Republican Party than the Democrat Party. It’s because I am. I don’t expect better from pro-abortion, pro-same-sex “marriage”, pro-big government, pro-multiple gender Democrats; if you listen, they have told you exactly what they want to impose on America. It’s elected Republicans and party leaders who have said repeatedly they are the party of 1) limited government 2) tax fairness 3) family values 4) traditional marriage, and 5) fiscal responsibility.I expect more…

Not Theirs to Give

Not Theirs to Giveby Brian Farmer The friendliness and charity of our countrymen can always be relied upon to relieve their fellow citizens in misfortune... Federal aid in such cases encourages the expectation of paternal care on the part of the Government and weakens the sturdiness of our national character, while it prevents the indulgence among our people of that kindly sentiment and conduct which strengthens the bonds of a common brotherhood. – President Grover Cleveland, vetoing a congressional appropriation of $10,000 to buy seed grain for drought-stricken Texans Every month, my mother passes on to me the magazine and…

Enumeration is for Government

Riley J. Hood, Chairman - Milwaukee County Constitution Party “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” II Corinthians 3:17 Ever since I came active in politics, I have repeatedly encountered the dangerous view that our Rights are “enumerated” and come from the Constitution. Such a view is unconstitutional. The Constitution limits and enumerates the powers of the Federal Government. Examples would be “Congress shall make no law...” from the 1st Amendment, and the phrase, “shall not be infringed.” from the 2nd Amendment. Enumeration and limitation on Federal power is what secures…

Thomas Harland is the Constitutionalist Candidate for State Assembly – District 64

For Immediate Release - July 5, 2018 www.harland4staterep.com (Kenosha) My name is Thomas Harland and I was born and raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from Carroll University with degree in Business and Economics. After living in Missouri and Texas, my wife and I returned home to Wisconsin to raise our two young boys. For far too long, the 64th Assembly district has had no choice on the ballot but to send a Democrat to Madison. It is my belief that state and federal governments should be made up of true representatives of the people rather…
