Vote Early and Vote Often

By Riley J. Hood—Milwaukee County Constitution Party             Democrats are altering our elections, under color of law again. The AP reports. “Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and the Democratic Caucus gather to address reporters on HR 1, the For the People Act of 2021, at the Capitol in Washington, Wednesday, March 3, 2021.” AP said the Act is, “a powerful counterweight to voting rights restrictions advancing in Republican-controlled statehouses” That is socialist-speak for federal tyranny. It is called the For the People Act. It failed before, but now that the Democrats have the votes to do it, the Bill has passed the House and is on its slimy way to the US Senate. This Bill will secure Democrat power on a permanent basis. HR 1 requires states to automatically register eligible voters, as well as offer same-day registration. It would limit states’ ability to clean up their voter rolls by removing “registered voters” who have moved out of state, or who have passed away. Among dozens of other provisions, it would also require states to offer 15 days of early voting and allow no-excuse absentee balloting. The idea of absentee voting is that you have an excuse keeping you from the polls, like military deployment or hospitalization.  It would provide public financing for campaigns.  According to Congress.gov, “This bill establishes an alternative campaign funding system for certain federal offices. The system involves federal matching of small contributions for qualified candidates.” “Qualified” how? A socialist litmus test? My tax dollars are to be sent to my enemies. Thomas Jefferson said, “To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.” Ap’s Brian Slodysko said the bill is, “the largest overhaul of the U.S. election law in at least a generation.” According to the Democrats, elections went just fine in 2020, so why does anything need to be overhauled? Under the rubric of rejecting “partisan gerrymandering” the term was coined to describe the district of Democrat Elbridge Gerry, and Democrat practice, this bill will set up a progressive “non-partisan boards” of socialists who will not be accountable to “the People” in any way. According to Congress.gov “The bill provides for states to establish independent, nonpartisan redistricting commissions.” The progs at Common Cause must be salivating. This bill will crackdown on people organizing and supporting campaigns, and if history is our guide, the elite will still be able to donate their millions to the Dems. For example, “Republicans are not even being coy about it. They are saying the ‘quiet parts’ out loud,” said Tiffany Muller, the president of End Citizens United. Her organization has launched a $10 million effort supporting the bill. Citizens United is evil for raising money, but Tiffany’s socialist group isn’t? Slodysko lisps about, “voting rights restrictions advancing in Republican-controlled statehouses across the country in the wake of Donald Trump’s repeated false claims of a stolen 2020 election.” Again, why the overhaul if Trump’s claims are false, and everything went oke-doke? Fact is this Bill was drafted and introduced in 2019, it isn’t a reaction to anything. “Voting rights restrictions” means the ability for socialists to vote as many times as they like. Slodysko gives away his motivations, “It also offers a test of how hard President Joe Biden and his party are willing to fight for their priorities, as well as those of their voters.” It is okay for socialists to be partisan, but not the rest of us. Affirmative action malcontents refer to voter ID and one man, one vote as voter suppression, acting as if we are under the Democrat Party auspices of 150 years ago, saying the bill, “will put a stop at the voter suppression that we’re seeing debated right now,” said Rep. Nikema Williams. According to Slodysko, “In Iowa, the legislature voted to cut absentee and in-person early voting, while preventing local elections officials from setting up additional locations to make early voting easier. In Georgia, the House on Monday voted for legislation requiring identification to vote by mail that would also allow counties to cancel early in-person voting on Sundays, when many Black voters cast ballots after church.” If black people are not allowed to vote twice, how will 10% of the population rule 100% of the Country? The Milwaukee County Constitution Party affirms that everyones' lives matter, that “All men are created equal,” and that translates into one man, one vote, one election day conducted in an open transparent manner. Anything else is “Vote Early and Vote often” Democrat Party fraud.

The Constitution Party of Wisconsin

The Constitution Party of WisconsinThe Only Political Party with Candidates Serious About Outlawing Child Murder Before Birth!by Mark Gabriel “The pre-born child, whose life begins at fertilization, is a human being created in God’s image. The first duty of law is to prevent the shedding of innocent blood. It is, therefore, the duty of all civil governments to secure and to safeguard the lives of the preborn.” This statement comes from the platform of the Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW). We stand in stark contrast to the other political parties in Wisconsin. The Democrat platform states: “We believe in the complete freedom…

Not Theirs to Give

Not Theirs to Giveby Brian Farmer The friendliness and charity of our countrymen can always be relied upon to relieve their fellow citizens in misfortune... Federal aid in such cases encourages the expectation of paternal care on the part of the Government and weakens the sturdiness of our national character, while it prevents the indulgence among our people of that kindly sentiment and conduct which strengthens the bonds of a common brotherhood. – President Grover Cleveland, vetoing a congressional appropriation of $10,000 to buy seed grain for drought-stricken Texans Every month, my mother passes on to me the magazine and…

Enumeration is for Government

Riley J. Hood, Chairman - Milwaukee County Constitution Party “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” II Corinthians 3:17 Ever since I came active in politics, I have repeatedly encountered the dangerous view that our Rights are “enumerated” and come from the Constitution. Such a view is unconstitutional. The Constitution limits and enumerates the powers of the Federal Government. Examples would be “Congress shall make no law...” from the 1st Amendment, and the phrase, “shall not be infringed.” from the 2nd Amendment. Enumeration and limitation on Federal power is what secures…

Who Appointed Sandra Day O’Connor?

Riley J. Hood - Chairman, Milwaukee County Constitution Party “The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest of men are exalted.” Psalm 12:8 O'Connor was the first woman appointed to the US Supreme Court.  She is quoted as saying “The power I exert on the court depends on the power of my arguments, not on my gender.”  She also asserted judicial supremacy stating “Apparently a great many people have forgotten that the framers of our Constitution went to such great effort to create an independent judicial branch that would not be subject to retaliation by either the executive branch or the legislative…

Congressional Control Over SCOTUS

Riley J. Hood – Chairman, Milwaukee County Constitution Party “The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest of men are exalted.” Psalm 12:8 It is past time for Congress to assume responsibility and do their jobs. Regarding the tyranny that is the United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS), Congress can legislate exceptions to federal appellate jurisdiction. The Constitution says regarding jurisdiction (Article 3, Section 3, Clause 2) “In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction both as to law and fact, with such Exceptions and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.” Note that…

“It’s Just a Stupid Cake!”  Fine, Design It Yourself Then!

Last December, the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) heard opening remarks on a case of Colorado baker Jack Phillips who back in 2012 refused to create a wedding cake for a same-sex couple.  The couple filed a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. According to the Reuters© article, SCOTUS will be deciding “whether Phillips action was constitutionally protected and he can avoid punishment for violating Colorado’s anti-discrimination law.” The case will be decided next June. Let’s focus on the far more dangerous nonsense that has been foisted on the American people, that a state-created civil rights commission can override the 1st…
