Governor Walker: On this awful 45th anniversary of the Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision, (January 22nd, 1973) We are asking you to put your pro-life views into action; by enforcing Wisconsin’s anti-abortion statute in defiance of the Supreme Court precedent. If enforced, 940.04 will stop the murder of the innocent pre-born in Wisconsin.
The Constitution Party of Wisconsin calls upon our state officials to fulfill their obligations as lesser magistrates to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the Wisconsin State Constitution by taking immediate action to end the practice of abortion in Wisconsin.
We further call upon our state legislators to amend the Wisconsin Constitution to recognize the personhood of the preborn child from the moment of conception. The first duty of the law is to punish and proscribe the shedding of innocent blood. It is, therefore, the duty of all civil governments to secure and to safeguard the lives of the pre-born.
Furthermore, we ask you to use all and any legal means to close down the abortion “clinics” in Wisconsin, immediately. The pre-born won’t survive the “abortion procedure.” The pre-born can’t wait.
