The last “Convention of the States” was held in 1787. What started as an attempt to address inadequacies of our nation’s Articles of Confederation, swiftly grew to a wide ranging debate, which concluded with the drafting of our current U.S. Constitution, instead. A second “Convention of the States” today, would most assuredly result in the total rewrite of our U.S. Constitution. Urge your state legislators to OPPOSE a “Convention of the States”! NO-CON-CON!
